I’m Agnes and I photograph newborns in my calm, warm studio in Vienna’s 14th district. Your baby sets the pace – I take care of everything else.

I’ve been photographing newborns and expectant mums in Vienna since 2017 – more than 500 families so far. Photographing a baby in its very first days takes one thing above all: calm. That’s why I plan every session so that nobody has to rush – neither you nor your baby.
I know how to hold and position a newborn safely, and I watch for the small signals: if your baby needs closeness, milk or simply a break, it gets one. No photo is more important than your baby.
Calm & safety
A newborn photoshoot isn’t an appointment to get through. You arrive, make yourselves comfortable and feed your baby in peace. Only once it’s full and relaxed do I start photographing.
Outfits & family
Blankets, baskets, headbands, little bonnets and baby outfits in natural colours are all here in the studio – you don’t need to bring a thing. Personal keepsakes are always welcome.
The Family Bliss and Fine-Art packages also include family and sibling photos. If siblings are coming along, we start with the family photos while the big ones still have patience.

In the Fine-Art package
In the Fine-Art package I retouch every selected image in fine-art style: I match colours, light and shadow individually for each one, and retouch skin gently and naturally. It gives your images a calm, almost painterly depth.
Good to know
Your baby’s safety always comes first. I work calmly and gently, and every pose only happens if your baby is comfortable with it. If it needs a break, we take a break.
I’ve been photographing newborns since 2017 and I know how to hold and position a baby safely. No photo is more important than your baby.
The first 6 to 14 days of life are ideal. During this time babies sleep a lot and deeply, and they can be gently settled into natural poses.
My tip: reserve your spot while you’re still pregnant. We’ll settle on the exact day together after the birth.
Usually around 2 hours. But I deliberately don’t plan a fixed end time: if your baby feeds for longer or needs a while to fall asleep, we simply wait. It’s best to set aside a relaxed morning.
That’s no problem at all. When you enquire, just give your due date so I can pencil in your spot. Once your baby has arrived, drop me a quick message and we’ll settle on the exact day together.
If the date has to move, because of illness for example, we’ll find a new one together.
Your enquiry is non-binding – I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. A deposit of €90 is required for a firm reservation.
Sessions take place Monday to Saturday in the morning, when the light in the studio is at its loveliest.
Keep your baby awake for about 20 to 30 minutes before the session. Feeding then happens in peace here at the studio – a full, sleepy baby usually drifts off quickly and deeply.
My tip: let your baby burp properly after feeding. And don’t worry if things go differently than planned – that’s all part of it.
That’s completely normal – every baby falls asleep eventually. Restless babies I swaddle gently, which gives them a feeling of security. Warmth and quiet white noise help too.
I never push your baby into a pose. We simply wait until it’s ready.
The studio is pleasantly warm, so your baby is comfortable even without clothes. I adjust the temperature as we go.
For you it may feel a little warm – it’s best to dress in layers.
For family photos, light, simple colours like white, beige or light grey work best – ideally without large logos or patterns.

Family and sibling photos are included in the Family Bliss and Fine-Art packages.
If siblings are coming along, we start with the family photos while the big ones still have patience. After that the older child can stay, or go for a little walk with dad while I carry on photographing your baby in peace.
A few days after the session you’ll get the link to your online gallery and can choose your favourites in peace at home.
Would you like more images than your package includes? Each additional image costs €20. You can also get your complete gallery with basic editing – colour- and light-corrected, but without fine retouching.
I edit every selected image personally, in my own style – with a lot of feeling for light, colour and skin. You’ll usually have your finished images within 2 weeks, after 3 weeks at the latest. Editing begins as soon as the invoice has been paid in full.
Want them faster? With express editing you’ll have them within 10 days (€100 surcharge).
Please download your finished images soon: I keep them for 6 months after delivery.
I don’t hand over RAW files – that way every image meets my own standard of quality.
On request, my make-up artist takes care of make-up and hair before the family photos (€80, paid directly on the day).
My studio is at Hütteldorfer Straße 259, 1140 Vienna. You can usually find on-street parking nearby. As everywhere in Vienna, parking is subject to a fee (short-stay parking zone).
